Lawyer Shafee to lead Najib's SRC review bid, case management on Oct 21

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 28 — Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s review application to reverse his conviction and sentence for the misappropriation of RM42 million in SRC International Sdn Bhd (SRC) funds has been fixed for case management at the Federal Court on October 21.

CJ says no to Shafee's bid to postpone recusal submissions

PUTRAJAYA, Aug 23 — Senior lawyer Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah, who was discharged by Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak as the lead counsel last month made an appearance again in the former prime minister's final appeal at the Federal Court today.
